Over the past month or so I have seen these statistics a few times. On each occasion I have neglected to write down the source ..... next time I see it I will and repost this.
Of homes that sell :
1. 1% will sell as the result of an open house.
2. 3% will sell because of a newspaper ad.
3. 95% will sell because they were on MLS®.
