You seen a "For Sale" sign or a "Sold" in your neighbors yard. Maybe you're driving through a neighborhood and see a gorgeous home. Whatever the reason may be, we've all seen houses and thought "I wonder how much they want for that one" or "what did that one sell for?"
If you have an address, I will be happy to look up the most recent sale price of the home for you. If the house is currently for sale I can tell you what the asking price is. It's nothing secret and it doesn't make you a "nosey neighbor". All home listing and sale prices are public record. You just have to know where to look. I know where to look.
