Today in Real Estate
Today agents and brokers are expected to keep up with websites, email, cell phones, text messages, virtual tours, photo tours, audio tours, open houses, yard signs, custom print materials, uploading, downloading ...... and all this is only the beginning. Sellers still expect to see their homes in newspapers and magazines even though most agents recognize the grim reality of print response and the decline in local newspaper subscriptions. The entire industry seems to agree that electronic is the most effective way to present and market properties but keeping up with it all has become a full time job for most professionals. With client expectations going up, it’s more important than ever to spend marketing dollars and time wisely.
